How can i order?
Via our shop system
you can place an order for anything we actually sell in our web shop.
While checking out, you can choose to create a user account. (Guest checkout is also possible)
Once you created an account and log back in as a member, you will not need to fill out the shipping and billing address again unless it changed.
After checking out, these steps follow:
- Soon after checking out, you will receive an automated email acknowledging successful initial processing and payment of your order.
- We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. Upon shipping we will send you an email with the tracking number. Please contact us if you don’t hear from us within 3 days.
You can also place an order by sending us an email with information on what you want to buy, how you want to pay (Bank transfer in advance or PayPal invoice), and your shipping address.

orders placed via our shop system have to be paid trough PayPal. After checking out you will be redirected to PayPal for the payment process. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment, you can also use your credit card on the PayPal site.
Bank transfer (in advance)
If you choose to order by email, and don’t wan’t to pay via PayPal, we will provide you with our bank account details to make a direct bank transfer. Once the payment has been received, we will send out your order.
We use swiss Post “Priority Pac” for all our domestic and international shipments.
All shipments have a tracking number that will be sent to you by email once the shipment is registered, so you can track your order on it’s way.
The customer are responsible for tracking the parcels progress online to avoid missed deliveries. If a parcel is returned to Seismic Industries due to this then the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
Shipping rates are calculated upon your destination zone and your order value.
Generally: lower order value – higher shipping cost
Free shipping for domestic orders higher than CHF 100.–
Free shipping for international orders higher than CHF 400 – 600.– (depending on destination Zone)
Customs clearance, duties & taxes are are not included.
Products ship with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Any defective products will be repaired or replaced during this warranty period. Customers must cover the cost of shipping. In the case of defective products, please contact us first before you send modules back to us.
Malfunction resulting from wrong power supply voltages, backwards power cable connection, abuse of the product or any other causes determined by us to be the fault of the user are not covered by this warranty.
